But the Great Social Divide continues to alienate Canadians, locating those struggling financially elsewhere in less desirable areas. British Columbia is deeply divided politically.
 
Illegal private medicine is extensive in the affluent Corridor, provoking the aggressive Medical Police, and beautiful surgeon Maddie is unintentionally implicated in armed resistance. Can she maintain her cover and her love for police chief Ivern?
